Supported upgrade paths if continuous replication is configured

The following describes the supported upgrade paths to Access version 8.6 if continuous replication is configured on the cluster.

Direct upgrade path
You can upgrade directly from version 8.4 and 8.5 to version 8.6.
Multi-step upgrade path
If the appliance is on an earlier version than 8.4, you must first upgrade to 8.4 before you can upgrade to version 8.6.
