About the naming requirements when assigning roles to domain users

The following table provides the naming requirements when assigning roles to AD/LDAP users.

Guideline	Description
Starts with	Must begin with an alphabetic character and the rest of the string should be from the following character set: A-Za-z0-9_-. Must not start with hyphen (-) or underscore (_).
Length	LDAP: Length can be up to 74 characters. AD: Length can be up to 20 characters.
Case	AD user names are case-insensitive. LDAP user names are case-sensitive.
Cannot contain	Space (blank)
