Explanation: An older instance of the nbinstallagent configuration file cannot be removed.
Recommended Action: Verify that the user executing the nbinstallagent binary has write privileges on NetBackup's application folders. The nbinstallagent configuration information resides in NetBackup's tmp directory and is named nbinstallagent_conffile.
