NetBackup status code: 6662

Message: Unable to find the configuration file.

Explanation: The credential file was not found on the backup host at /usr/openv/tmp/azurestack.

Recommended Action: Do the following, as appropriate:

  1. Verify that the /usr/openv/var/global directory is whitelisted on the master server. Run the bpgetconfig command.

  2. Verify that the application_server_name.conf credential file is in the /usr/openv/var/global directory on the master server.

  3. If the credential file is not in the /usr/openv/var/global directory on the master server, create a .json credential file with the azurestack configurations with any file name (for example, azurestackserver.conf) at any location on the master server.

  4. Add this file name with the tpconfig add command. Verify that the file is in the /usr/openv/var/global directory with filename application_server_name.conf after adding tpconfig entry.
