Message: The matching master server name is not available in the NetBackup configuration file, which is required for the automatic enrollment of the external certificate.
Explanation: To complete the external certificate automatic enrollment: one of the server names in the NetBackup configuration file must match one of the subject alternate names in the NetBackup's web server external certificate.
Recommended Action: Do the following:
Ensure that the master server name is added as a server entry in the NetBackup configuration file of the respective host.
If the server entry is present, check the subjectAltName extension of the NetBackup's web server external certificate. Then, update the NetBackup configuration file with the correct server name entry.
If NetBackup configuration has correct server entry, but subjectAltName extension does not have the required host name, contact your Security Administrator. You need to get an external certificate with the correct subjetAltName extension.
