Explanation: The storage unit or storage unit group points to a media server that runs an earlier version of software than the master server. Hence, the media server cannot use all the functionality of the newer NetBackup version. This mismatch of software affects many write operations such as backup operations and duplication write operations.
Recommended Action: Point the storage unit to a media server with a newer version of software.
