NetBackup status code: 7636

Message: Failed to import socket from remote process.

Explanation: A vnetd proxy process failed to import a socket from another NetBackup process.

Recommended Action: This failure is likely a transient problem, perhaps because file descriptors are unavailable temporarily. Therefore, retry the operation. For other root causes, review the nbpxyhelper logs or contact Cohesity Technical Support.
