Message: The master server certificate cannot be imported from the DR package to Windows certificate store.
Explanation: An internal error may have occurred in Windows certificate store or the PFX file is corrupted.
Recommended Action: Try to restore the disaster recovery (DR) package to an alternate directory location and manually import the PFX files into the Windows certificate store. You can manually import the files by double-clicking the PFX files in the following locations:
PFX file path for the alternate directory import :
alternate_directory\directory_name\usr\openv\netbackup\tmp\tempWinCredStore\*.pfx
File path of the PFX file's password:
alternate_directory\directory_name\usr\openv\netbackup\tmp\tempWinCredStore\pfxPwdFile.txt
