NetBackup status code: 5631

Message: The source master server uses a NetBackup CA-signed certificate and the target master server uses an external CA-signed certificate. Configure an external certificate on the source master server, which should be compatible with the target master server.

Explanation: For successful setup trust operation, the source master server and the target master server must use the external certificates that are compatible with each other.

Recommended Action: Ensure that you have configured an external certificate on the source master server that is compatible with the target master server.
