Explanation: Unable to create a snapshot of the specified VM.
Recommended Action: Make sure that the VM is unlocked before the backup starts. Try to create temporary user snapshot to make sure that there is no issue with the RHV platform. Refer to the vxms logs or contact Cohesity Technical Support if required.
Before a CDP backup job runs, make sure that there is no issue with the nbcctd service. Review the job details in the activity monitor or the bpfis and nbcctd logs on CDP gateway for more details.
