Explanation: RHV has locked the VM snapshot that NetBackup created. Even after some wait time, NetBackup is unable to obtain the state of the snapshot.
Recommended Action: Retry the backup operation. Make sure that the VM snapshot creation operation happens properly on the RHV server. Try creating a VM snapshot manually from the RHV management console. If the snapshot creation operation is unresponsive, contact RHV support. If the snapshot is created properly, retry the backup operation.
