Message: The staging location exists but ACLs and or permission bits set to on are insecure.
Explanation: The path that is used for staging files on recovery host is accessible to everybody or has no explicit ACLs defined (uses inherited ACLs). This check is done for the default location as well as the overridden path in the bp.conf file setting.
Recommended Action: Ensure that the staging location path is secure.
On Windows: The ACLs defined must be explicit and should not rely on inherited permissions from the parent folder.
On UNIX: Accessible only to the owner or the group. Permission bits for
