Explanation: Snapshot or backup job cannot find the associated Snapshot Manager to start a job. This issue may happen if the required NetBackup service is not reachable.
Recommended Action: Check if the NetBackup Web Management Console (nbwmc) service is up and running. Then stop and restart the service if necessary.
