Message: NetBackup FIPS mode is enabled and the specified disaster recovery package was created on a host where FIPS mode was disabled.
Explanation: If FIPS is enabled on NetBackup and you attempt to import a disaster recovery package which was created on a FIPS disabled system, the import fails.
Recommended Action: If you import a disaster recovery package from a system where FIPS was disabled, then disable FIPS on the current NetBackup system. Then you can try to import the disaster recovery package.
