Explanation: This error message appears only when multifactor authentication web APIs are called explicitly. If such multifactor authentication web APIs are invoked without authorization header then web server returns this error.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Ensure that multifactor authentication web APIs are called with required authorization header.
