Explanation: Occurs when SHM ID is not generated for a stream. NetBackup cannot create shared memory with the required space or permission.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Ensure that there is enough storage space.
Restart the computer to clear any shared memory which is not in use.
