Explanation: NetBackup cannot initiate the dynamic multistreaming process as the shared memory limits are exceeded.
Recommended Action: Confirm that the Maximum number of concurrent jobs parameter in the policy configuration has a value greater than 1. Review the status of the shared memory and confirm there is enough shared memory for the operation to run. Then retry the backup.
