Recommended Action: Based on the contents of the error payload, identify the configuration entries that have not been delegated to the subscribing user. Remove those entries from the subscription payload, and retry the request. If the subscriber cannot use the protection plan without changes, they may request delegation of additional subscription customization capabilities on that protection plan. If none of the delegation rules contain the necessary attributes, an administrator with the CREATE operation on the PROTECTION_PLAN namespace must create a protection plan with appropriate protection customizations.
