Explanation: The credential file was not found on the backup host at /usr/openv/tmp/azurestack.
Recommended Action: Do the following, as appropriate:
Verify that the
/usr/openv/var/globaldirectory is whitelisted on the master server. Run the bpgetconfig command.Verify that the
application_server_name.confcredential file is in the/usr/openv/var/globaldirectory on the master server.If the credential file is not in the
/usr/openv/var/globaldirectory on the master server, create a.jsoncredential file with the azurestack configurations with any file name (for example,azurestackserver.conf) at any location on the master server.Add this file name with the tpconfig add command. Verify that the file is in the
/usr/openv/var/globaldirectory with filenameapplication_server_name.confafter adding tpconfig entry.
