Explanation: This error is encountered in the following situations:
The Snapshot Manager credentials are changed.
The Snapshot Manager is either down or not available due to a network problem.
Recommended Action: Depending on the cause, perform one the following tasks:
Update the credentials and port number in NetBackup.
Ensure that the Snapshot Manager is up and reachable on the network from the NetBackup master server.
To verify, log on to the Snapshot Manager host from the master server browser.
