NetBackup status code: 8201

Message: Failed to connect to the external KMS server.

Explanation: Unable to complete the initial TCP/IP connection with external KMS server.

Recommended Action: The external KMS server name or the IP address might be wrong. Check the network connectivity between the master server and the external KMS server.
