Recommended Action: Ensure that you have added the MongoDB_tc package on the NetBackup master server. Refer to the MongoDB Administrator's Guide to add the thin client using the nbrepo --add command. Add the thin client package for the relevant MongoDB node operating system or add the thin clients for both RHEL and SUSE on your master. Then retry the operation.
