NetBackup™ Status Codes Reference Guide

NetBackup status code: 6751

Message: Failed to read the SSL CA certificate.

Explanation: The possible causes are:

  • Trust is not established with any Certificate Authority yet.

  • Unable to obtain the list of trusted Certificate Authorities to establish a connection with the application server.

Recommended Action: Ensure that the certificates and the CRL files are in the correct format and that the trust store file and the CRL files are not corrupted.
