Message: The Snapshot Manager is disabled.
Explanation: The Snapshot Manager that is associated with selected configuration is disabled.
Recommended Action: Check for any underlying maintenance issues that are related to the disabled Snapshot Manager. If there are any maintenance issues, you must resolve these issues.
If there are no maintenance issues, perform the following:
- Log on to NetBackup web UI.
- On the left, click Cloud and then select the Snapshot Manager tab.
- Select the appropriate Snapshot Manager.
- In the Actions menu on the right, click the Enable option.
- Verify that the discovery process is triggered and that it completes successfully.
- After the Snapshot Manager is enabled, run the operation again.
