Explanation: The passphrase that is required to decrypt the private key cannot be read. The passphrase file is either missing, inaccessible, altered, or corrupted.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Verify that the passphrase file exists at the keystore location and has the correct permissions. If the file is present but lacks the proper permissions, adjust the permissions manually and retry the operation.
If the issue persists, remove all files from the
keystoredirectory, including any hidden files. Depending on your configuration, thekeystoredirectory isinstall_dir/var/vxss/credentials/keystore,install_dir/var/global/vxss/credentials/keystore,install_path\NetBackup\var\vxss\credentials\keystore, orinstall_path\NetBackup\var\global\vxss\credentials\keystoredirectory.Perform nbcertcmd -getCertificate with reissueToken option for all servers with which the host is registered and retry the operation.
