NetBackup status code: 5542

Message: The heartbeat listening service has timed out.

Explanation: NetBackup cannot monitor the backup process because the listening service has timed out.

Recommended Action: Review the Activity monitor for the causes of the failure and take appropriate corrective action. Then retry the backup.
