NetBackup status code: 6714

Message: Error while collection was iterated.

Explanation: During an incremental backup, NetBackup checks for the oplog of the previous backup. NetBackup fails the incremental backup if it's unable to fetch this information from the MongoDB database.

Recommended Action: Refer to mdbserver logs to get details of the error. Run a full backup and after the full backup is successful, schedule an incremental backup.
