Bugs fixed

SQL Server workload usage not calculated: SQL Server workload usage is currently not calculated or reflected in NetBackup Self Service usage metrics.
Expired images: Status display corrected for expired images.
Installer reliability updates:
- InitData writes sqlcmd output to a temporary file to reduce memory pressure.
- Install SQL scripts are read as UTF-8.
- InitData failures are logged instead of being silently masked.
