Uninstall and reinstall
UnInstall.bat removes IIS applications, application pools, and the Directa Windows service. It preserves the {ProgramFolder}\Config folder to support disaster recovery.
After uninstall, use the appropriate reinstall path:
New databases, same path: The installer removes leftover Config automatically and generates a new ApplicationKey.
Existing databases, same path: The installer reuses leftover Config when the ApplicationKey matches. If Config is unreadable, provide the key in the Configurator or
Install.ini.Different path: Set LegacyProgramFolder=, ApplicationKey=, or ApplicationKeyFile= in
Install.ini.
