About monitoring a Vault session

If you configure the NetBackup Web UI Activity Monitor to display the Vault fields, you can use the Activity monitor to monitor the progress of Vault jobs. For a Vault job that is initiated by the NetBackup scheduler, the Policy field displays the policy name. If the Vault job is run by any means other than the NetBackup scheduler, the Policy field is empty.

For more information, refer Monitoring and notifications section in NetBackup Web UI Administrator's Guide.
