NBSD_VERBOSE option for NetBackup servers and clients

NetBackup™ Administrator's Guide, Volume I

The NBSD_VERBOSE option specifies to enable the verbose logs for the performance of the NetBackup Smart Diagnosis (NBSD). Default vaule is 0.
