About NetBackup on a Red Hat Pacemaker (PCS) on Linux

Red Hat Pacemaker is high-availability cluster resource manager which is owned by Red Hat. It ensures that the cluster service remains available whenever it detects resource or node level failure.

PCS enables you to monitor resources/services on an active node. When an active node or resources goes in failure state, then the PCS moves the services to a passive node .
