Viewing the deduplication rate of a Veritas provisioning file service (VPFS) share

Use the following procedure to view the deduplication rate of a Veritas provisioning file service (VPFS) share

To view the deduplication rate

  1. Open an SSH session to the server.
  2. Run the following command:

    dedupe vpfs meta-dump vpfs_metakind=dedupe vpfs_shareid=<share ID>

    Where <share ID> is the ID of the share that you want to view the deduplication rate of.
