Explanation: The target machine has a package that is newer or later than the version VxUpdate was requested to be installed. Downgrading is not supported.
Recommended Action: Check if the VxUpdate operation is required. In most cases, the newer package version is preferred. If needed, uninstall the existing package, the newer package from the target machine, then retry the VxUpdate operation.
