Message: Cannot communicate with one or more key management servers.
Explanation: One or more KMS servers are configured in the given NetBackup domain. A key is queried to nbwmc as a part of a backup or a restore job. While a key from a KMS server is retrieved, some communication errors are seen. Some of the errors can be KMS not reachable or the credentials that are used to connect to the KMS server are not valid.
Recommended Action: Run the nbkmscmd -validateKMSConfig -name <KMS Configuration Name> command to retrieve and review the error details. You can use the nbkmscmd -listKMSConfig command to see the configured KMS server and the <KMS Configuration Name>.
