During an add node operation, the error shown on the Infrastructure page is not identical to the error seen when you view the task details
When an add node operation fails, the failure shown on the page and the task details shown when you click might not match. The View all activities page does not create a parent task for the failure shown on the page, which is misleading. (IA-46303)
