Item History
This report is invoked from Ransomware Scorecard and is specific to the change history of the query for which it is invoked. The report contains the trail of changes to the overall query, such as Description or Weight as well as changes to each of the possible answers.
The report consists of two tables - first describing changes to the query and the second contains user responses over time.
Table: Item Metadata History
Column name | Description |
|---|---|
Type | Indicates the type of assessment query. It can be either Data or Question. |
Query | The assessment query that has undergone changes. The column also displays the text changes in the query. |
Description | The column displays the text changes in the query description. |
Best Practice Recommendation | Displays the text changes in recommendations over time. |
Weight | Indicates the change in weight assigned to the query. |
More Info Link | Displays changes to the hyperlink to additional information on the query. |
Enabled | Indicates the enabled/disabled status of the query. |
Deleted | Indicates whether the query was deleted. |
Event | Records the type of change event. |
Modified By | Displays the username that affected the changes. |
Modify Date | Timestamp of the change event. |
