Troubleshooting: Steps to manually remove addon from hosts managed under Resiliency Platform
Perform the following steps to manually remove addon from hosts managed under Resiliency Platform on Linux and Windows hosts.
To remove addon on Linux host, do the following:
- Login to the host.
- Run the following command to get a list of rpms which need to be uninstalled:
rpm -qa | grep VRTS
- Uninstall all the rpms using the following command:
rpm -e <rpmname>
To remove addon on Windows host, do the following:
The command's output will yield the following results:
- Login to the host.
- Open Control Panel > Programs & Features.
- Uninstall the following packages:
Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager (Host Component)
Veritas Resiliency Platform SR IO Tap Driver
