System Reliability Score (SRS) alert

  • To start SRS alert, check the radio button next to Turn on for all selected appliances.

  • Select minimum SRS. An alert will be generated if the score drops below this value. For example, if you decide to put the minimum SRS value as 70, an alert will be generated if the SRS drops below 70.

  • Select the Repeat alert after value from the drop-down. If you select 7 days, repeat alert will be generated only after 7 days.

  • If you want to turn the alert off, check the radio button next to Turn off for all selected appliances.

  • If you want to pause the alerts for specific time, check the box next to Pause Alert For and select number of days from the drop-down. SRS alerts will not be generated till the specified period is over.

An email will be sent to the recipients with SRS score breakdown and recommendation details.
