Troubleshooting common issues / limitations
If anomaly visuals do not appear
Confirm that Anomaly Detection is enabled.
Confirm that at least one node and at least one performance metric are selected.
Confirm that the chart shows raw data for the selected metric in the current time window.
Expand the time window and check again.
If the page shows No data available for any metric or similar no-data messages
Confirm the selected time window.
Widen the time range.
Reduce the selection to a single node and a single metric to isolate the issue.
If the page shows Could not fetch data
Refresh the page and try again.
Check whether other Monitoring views load successfully.
If the problem persists, collect the time of the issue and contact Support. (Recommendation for support handoff; not a direct product behavior claim.)
Note:
Depending on your access level, tool tips can show node identifiers without host names.
