Downloading log packages

If the node is a part of the cluster, you can download log packages from the node.

To download generated log packages

Sign in to the Access Appliance UI using the following URL:
http://console-ip:14161
where console-ip is the management console IP address where the web interface is hosted..
In the left navigation pane, click Settings > Diagnostics.
The log packages that are already created are displayed under Packaged logs.
Select the log package that you want to download and click Download.
On the Download packaged logs dialog box, click Download.
