The application collects the following information:
Customer contact information (email, phone)
Scheduling information (date and time of the installation or upgrade)
Site information (data center rules, access requirements, security requirements, equipment availability, additional equipment required, if any)
Network configuration (IP addresses, Netmasks, gateways, bonds and domain names)

The corresponding card is available to Veritas customers who have access to the NetInsights Console and have an engagement with the Veritas Appliance Services (VAS) team. Your ADP questionnaires are available in the console.
Within Veritas, the ADP application is only available to members of the VAS team and or explicitly named and authorized ADP support personal. The VAS team uses the questionnaire to install, configure, or upgrade Veritas appliances.
All data gathered from your environment is transmitted over the HTTPS/TLS protocol, which means that data is encrypted during transmission across public networks. Any stored data is encrypted at rest. For more information, refer to the Veritas privacy website at:

You must log on to the NetInsights Console using your Veritas Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. After you navigate to ADP, you can only view questionnaires specifically assigned to your email addresses.
