Prerequisites for using NetInsights Console
This section lists the general prerequisites for using NetInsights Console, as well as those that are specific to the Veritas products used with the console.
You must have the Veritas Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials to sign into the NetInsights Console. If you do not have an existing SSO account, create it from the SSO authentication page using the option.
Usage Insights supports the following Veritas software:
NetBackup 8.1.2 and later versions
Use the Google Chrome or the Mozilla Firefox browsers to access System Health Insights.
System Health Insights supports registration, monitoring and predictive analytics of the following Veritas appliance products:
NetBackup appliance models with software versions 2.7.3 or later installed
NetBackup Appliance 5230
NetBackup Appliance 5240
NetBackup Appliance 5250

Limitations for the Flex Appliance models in the System Health Insights:
Flex High Availability models are not yet supported to be identified as single systems. However you can register the individual nodes, which will be identified as individual systems.
Searches, dashboards, registration, and all other flows are currently not supporting the HA cluster ID.
Aggregated information for a Flex HA cluster is not displaying currently.

Currently, the Storage utilization data will not be reported for any Access Appliance models.
