Message: Failed to get the NetBackup install status from the remote host.
Explanation: The NetBackup nbmtrans process on the NetBackup master or media server had a problem reading the VxUpdate remote status file vxupdate_status.install. Longer than expected upgrade times may cause this issue. The upgrade may have been successful even though the job status reports this error.
Recommended Action: Review the installation logs on the target host to determine if the upgrade was successful. If it was not, review the nbinstallagent logs to determine what caused the failure.
