NetBackup™ Status Codes Reference Guide

NetBackup status code: 6792

Message: Unable to find a storage account.

Explanation: The storage account is not specified in the rename file or the configuration file as required for the managed and unmanaged disk VM restore.

Recommended Action: Review the tar log file for the exact error message for the restore location.

Try one of the following as appropriate:

  • Perform a restore to the original location using the Restore everything to it original location option.

    • Verify that the storage account that is specified during the backup of the VM is available during the restore of respective unmanaged and managed VM restore.

    • If you restore a managed disk VM, you need to specify the staging storage account exists in the original restore location on the azurestack in the azurestack.conf file.

  • Perform an alternate location restore using the Restore everything to a different location (maintaining existing structure) option.

    • For managed disk VM restores, specify the configured staging storage account in the subscription ID where you want temporary VHD to be created on Azure Stack. Use either the rename file or the azurestack.conf file.

    • For unmanaged disk VM restores, specify the configured storage account in the subscription ID where you want to restore on Azure Stack. Use the rename file for VHD blob rename entry.

    • Verify that the HTTP option is enabled on the storage account that is specified for the managed and unmanaged VM restores.
