Message: Failed to create the resource.

Explanation: Failed to create the resource that is specified for the VM creation on Azure Stack during the restore operation.

Recommended Action: Review the tar log file for the exact error message for the restore location.

    • In the Nsg rename entry, specify the network security group that is configured for the subscription ID on Azure Stack where you want to restore.
