Explanation: Media server resources cannot get details from the primary server. There may be issues in accessing the primary server details or the primary server has not started.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Check the NetBackup operator logs for details using the following command:
kubectl logs <netbackup-operator-pod-name> netbackup-operator -n <netbackup-operator-namespace>
Ensure that the cluster network is configured correctly. The load balancer service may not be routing requests to the pod correctly.
Check the PrimaryServer pod is in the ready state (1/1).
