NetBackup status code: 8429

Message: Failed to get the load balancer service details of the primary server.

Explanation: Media server resources cannot get primary load balancer service details.

Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:

  • Check the NetBackup operator logs for details using the following command:

    kubectl logs <netbackup-operator-pod-name> netbackup-operator -n <netbackup-operator-namespace>

  • There might be an issue in fetching the service. Verify that RBAC permissions are correct. Refer to the NetBackup Deployment on Azure Kubernetes Cluster (AKS) Administrator's Guide.
