NetBackup status code 5101
Message: The robot inventory response does not contain headers.
Explanation: The API is for Robot Inventory operations. Four main operations can generate this error: List Robot Contents, Compare Robot Contents, Preview Volume configuration update, Update volume configuration.
The web service layer generates this error if the NBSL layer response does not contain the expected header lines.
Recommended Action: If you encounter this error, perform the following as appropriate:
Retry the operation in case the problem is the result of an intermittent issue.
Collect the
nbsllog as well aswebservicelogs and look for any obvious exceptions or errors.If the issue persists, collect and provide the logs listed, as well as the NetBackup configuration and the failure scenario to Cohesity Technical Support.
