Prerequisites for MSDP S3 object import
Ensure that the prerequisites for S3 interface for MSDP are met, along with the following additional prerequisites, to use MSDP-S3 object import:

The MSDP S3 bucket name and the MSDP-Object-Store backup policy name must be identical on the production and replica domains.
A storage lifecycle policy that performs Backup, Replication, and Import (in that order) must be configured.
MSDP S3 import must be explicitly enabled for the backup policy on the source MSDP storage server, using the cacontrol --s3import command.
